I have signed up for the Sunderland 10K again on 7th May to raise money for the British Lung Foundation, in tribute to our dearly departed Matt Smith, EIC Scotland Membership Manager who sadly passed away in December. I wasn’t originally built for running. I just watched my other half do the Great North Run in 2013 but he pushed me to enter the 10K in 2014 and stuck by me all of the way. This one is for Matt, we miss you and you will always be in our hearts!
